Manager - Growth Hacking - eCommerce (3-8 yrs)

- Our Client is looking for candidates for Growth Manager role in Mumbai.

- The Growth Manager is expected to achieve Sales targets for online business by focusing on Conversions and customer engagement. The Growth Managers is responsible for Customer Acquisition, Retention and Conversion rate optimization.

- The Role will require working closely with Digital marketing, Operations, Product Management & Category teams to help improve funnel stage conversions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, Implement & Manage customer acquisition programs and activities for Vijaysales.com

- Devise and Implement strategies, programs and campaigns to increase customer retention and transactions basis RFM Logic (Recency, Frequency & Monetary Value)

- Increase Product views and CTRs.

- Implement relevant keywords in relation to current product assortment.

- Improve Customer engagement time on the Site.

- Improve Add to Cart, Check-out conversion Rates.

- Increase Average Ticket Sizes and items sold per customer.

- Improve NPS scores for Customer transactions.

Qualifications :

- 3-4 Years experience in driving Customer engagement and Conversion funnel on Site.

- Strong Knowledge of SEO Best practices ( Keyword research, Link Building, Optimization)

- Experience with SEO tools like Google Keyword planner, Bright Edge.etc.

- Experience in digital marketing will be added advantage.

- Management/ Engineering degree from a reputed professional Institute.

- Direct experience in Managing DTC website.
