Manager - Government Sales - IT (8-10 yrs)
Job description:
- Portfolio to manage and generate business from Psu/government clients of northern region.
- Develop positive relationships with clients
- Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
- Act as the point of contact and handle customers- individual needs
- Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
Requirements and skills :
- Hands on experience in PSU/Government sales and an ability to do liaising with clients
- Proven work experience as a Sales account manager or Sales account executive
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
