Manager - Government Sales - Cutting Tools Distributor (8-15 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Handling business operations (Marketing and Sales) targeting Defense and government organizations & implementing business strategies for accomplishment of sales targets.
- Preparing technical & commercial proposals along with handling tender/ contract related formalities & documentation.
- Making sales strategies for enhancement of business volumes and ensuring profitability in line with organizational objectives.
- Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends and competitor moves to achieve better market share.
- Conducting and organizing sales promotional activities as a part of brand building and market development effort.
- Conduction of technical market surveys/overview with regards to products, competition and trends.
- Developing relationships with decision-makers in target organizations (Defense companies & Government depts).
- Technical advice to customer in metal cutting as a must.
- Conduction of technical customer specific seminars and presentation of tools (Hoffman products) to our customers.
Requirement & Qualification :
- At least 7-8 years functional (sales) experience of selling in Defense & Government departments.
- Well versed with the procedure followed for vendor enrolment in Dense sector & Government department.
- Contacts in government departments.
- Experience in conducting product tests and identifying the requirement of tools.
- Ability to explain technical products customers.
- Language skills: fluent English skills (oral and written) are required.
- Self-management: time-management, planning of customer visits and trips.
- Motivated and energetic personality, reliable professional cooperation skills towards internal and external customers.
- Enthusiasm in working with people, sophisticated motivation skills in order to achieve the greatest success for the company.
