Manager - Government Sales (5-12 yrs)
Govt Sales Manager
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in government sales or B2B sales, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong understanding of government procurement processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with government officials and key stakeholders.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales productivity tools.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience working with government agencies in a similar capacity.
- Knowledge of specific industries or sectors relevant to government sales (e.g., IT, cybersecurity, defense, healthcare).
- Familiarity with government contracting vehicles such as GSA Schedules, IDIQ contracts, and RFQ/RFP processes.
