Manager - Go To Market & Sales Operation - Education (2-7 yrs)
Qualification : Minimum Graduate in Science or Commerce. A Post Graduate in Sales in preferred but not mandatory.
Experience : 1 Year experience in Retail Sales
Gender : Female
Job Timing : 9 Hours Check-In including Saturday.
- Develop new business leads via calls, emails, social media within Mumbai as well to other parts of India
- Minimum 1 Year experience in Retail Sale experience in selling online education, classroom-based workshops, guide books or similar products to students as well to IT professionals
- Run day to day Sales Ops including performance management to meet weekly -monthly-yearly targets
- Exposure in selling IT Solutions would be a plus
- Maintain call volume and other contact mechanisms to qualify leads and create a pipeline for the Business Development
- Plan & execute marketing activities at ground level
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Measure and report sales metrics; monitor actuals-to-plan
- Work with distributed teams and collaborate over phone/email
- Resolution of customer complaints and to assist in closings when necessary
- Strong sales bent of mind, in order to understand and effectively communicate what we are offering to its prospective students and close applications.
- Approachable and vibrant personality
- Ability to approach any situation with patience and very strong empathy
- Passion to deliver the highest levels of customer service at all times
- Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) is preferable
- Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
- Good communication skills, fluent in English
- Great Negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and driven
- Start-up experience is a plus
- Interface with leads via inbound and outbound calls or the Internet for the purpose of converting leads into confirmed applications across India
- Maintain a constant communication channel with leads through phone, email, chat and social media during the pre and post-sales processes
- Maintain a detailed database of all the interactions with the leads and provide constant feedback to the Student
- Experience Manager in order to optimize lead closure
- To develop and maintain a positive working relationship with students from countries all over the world
