Role & Responsibilities :
- Develop Trade Marketing Strategy to help achieve Sales & distribution objectives.
- Developing trainer, shopper and channel insights.
- Develop customer activation programs for all trade channels.
- Apply shopper and trade insights and performance assessment to develop recommendations for the product, pricing promotion, placement, and POP.
- Work to develop channel and account-specific strategies and in-store programs which deliver the brand and channel.
Objectives :
- Conducting pre and post analyses of promotions, adjusting business plans based on results to drive improved return on investment in all trade spends.
- Develop channel strategies to drive / motivate channel partners.
- Work closely with MT Chains to design Consumer Promotions, Visibility & activations for driving business goals.
- Playing an integral role in new business planning.
- Design & Development of Sales Force Automation projects.
- New business development through designing, execution, and ownership of the trainer module.
- New business development via channel development like Airports, Institutions, etc
- Sales Force Automation development for entire sales team.
- Manage a team of Regional GTM.
- Facilitating the sales team to increase business for each channel along with all backend support.
- Work closely with Sales & Marketing team to deliver business objectives.
