Manager - Front Lines Sales - Insurance (1-7 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Get new partners on board while maintaining existing links.
- Understand the demands of the consumer and the business in order to up sell and cross-sell the company's products.
- Work with other corporate staff, such as the support and management teams, to fulfil and meet customer/partner goals.
- Act as a link between customers/partners and the engineering team.
- Maintain a high partner level of fulfilment by regularly accessing, clarifying, and validating partner requirements and performances.
- Coordinate with other sales channels to avoid possible disputes.
- Communicate with partner salespeople to increase sales.
- Manage funnels, forecast, and seize sales opportunities.
- Manage and handle sales and marketing activities.
Candidate Requirement:
- 1+ year experience any sales field
- Education: Graduate
- Age: Between 22 to 38 years
- Strong skills in sales, good communication skills.
