Manager - Front Line Sales - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
Directly responsible for selling insurance products to customers through a network of agents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of agents.
- Motivate and inspire agents to achieve their sales targets.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and provide coaching and support to agents.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Ensure that agents are providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-2 years of experience in sale.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- In-depth knowledge of insurance products and sales techniques in India.
