Manager - Front Line Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities:
- Use a sales process and forecasting to identify your sales targets.
- Set annual sales goals for every territory and region.
- Make field sales action plans, assess sales results, and carry out national sales initiatives.
- Continually monitor competitors, economic indicators, changing trends, supply and demand, and selling prices in order to maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price.
- Establish and adjust sales prices by monitoring costs, competitors, and supply and demand indicators.
- Assigning and scheduling members of the sales team and keeping an eye on job results will help you meet the requirements for sales operations.
- Retain national sales staff by regularly recruiting, vetting, orienting, and training them. When it's necessary, use independent contractors with sales experience to help meet targets.
Calculate the expected revenue and profit for each.
