Manager - Front Line Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Job Summary :
We are seeking an ambitious Front Line Sales Manager to lead and drive sales operations in Hassan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strong sales pipelines, expanding market reach, and leading a team of sales executives. This role requires a hands-on approach, leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of customer engagement strategies.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Build and execute territory-specific sales plans to drive business growth.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, ensuring performance excellence.
- Conduct regular field visits to understand market demands and support the team.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key customers and partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
- Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and goal setting for the team.
- Organize product training sessions and workshops to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Implement customer retention strategies to improve brand loyalty and repeat business.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in BFSI, FMCG, or a similar domain.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on performance improvement.
- Ability to analyze data and sales trends to make strategic decisions.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and networking skills.
- Hands-on experience with sales CRM tools, data tracking, and reporting.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach to sales.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
