Manager - Front Line Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Responsibilities
- Use networking and other lead generation techniques to find and seize new business prospects.
- Close transactions and negotiate contracts.
- Lead teams and carry out sales strategies.
- Encourage the group to produce a sales lead.
- Assemble an agency team for the objective of selling, and use the agent to clinch the deal.
- Oversee, advise, and coach a group of sales development agents.
Requirement
- 2+ years of field sales experience
- Needed to finish any graduation
