Manager - Front Line Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Roles and Responsbilities :
- To set sales targets, use forecasting and the sales process.
- Establish yearly sales targets for the various regions and territories.
- By creating field sales action plans and assessing sales success, implement national sales programmes.
- By remaining current with supply and demand, shifting trends, economic indicators, and competition, you can maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price.
- By keeping an eye on costs, rivals, and supply and demand issues, you can set and alter your sales pricing.
- You can complete the criteria for the sales operation by allocating, scheduling, and monitoring the performance of the sales team members.
- Maintain a national sales force by regularly choosing, choosing, orienting, and training them. Engage independent sales-focused support when necessary to ensure that quotas are routinely met.
