Manager - Front Line Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
We are seeking a skilled Insurance Agency Channel Representative to help build and maintain strong relationships with our agency partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow our agency distribution channel and ensure that our products and services are effectively marketed and sold through our agency partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our agency partners
- Develop and execute strategies to grow our agency distribution channel
- Ensure that our products and services are effectively marketed and sold through our agency partners
- Train agency partners on our products and services, as well as best practices for selling insurance
- Analyze agency performance and provide recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing materials and campaigns that support our agency partners
- Identify new opportunities for business development within the agency channel
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on trends and changes in the insurance industry
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in agency management or sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful business strategies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel as needed
