Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Front Line Sales Manager to join our team in Hospet. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance), FMCG, or B2B sales. This role involves leading a team of sales professionals, driving revenue growth, and achieving business targets.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of sales executives to drive business growth.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

- Identify and acquire new customers through direct field sales and networking.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

- Provide training, coaching, and motivation to sales team members.

- Ensure timely follow-ups and excellent customer service.

- Maintain accurate sales records and reports in CRM tools.

- Work closely with senior management to align business goals and sales strategies.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in BFSI, FMCG, retail, or B2B sales.

- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Ability to recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.

- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Willingness to travel within Hospet and nearby areas.

- Experience in life insurance, general insurance, or financial product sales.

- Strong networking and customer acquisition skills.

- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
