Manager - Front Line Sales - Insurance (1-6 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Find and attract high-quality advisers to build a strong advisory base.
- Constantly provide instruction regarding products, corporate procedures, and sales strategies.
- Support advisors with lead generation, prospecting, and business development.
- Ensure advisers provide appropriate financial solutions to customers based on requirements analysis while adhering to applicable business processes and norms.
- Meet monthly business targets for new business generation and recruitment of agency advisors.
- Ensure that sales through the team of advisors are consistent with all business quality measures.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, authenticating and validating their concerns with the appropriate authorities.
Candidate Requirements:
- One or more years of experience in any sales industry.
- Education: Graduate.
- Age: Between 22 and 38 years
- Strong sales skills and excellent communication skills.
