Manager Front Line Sales - Insurance (1-5 yrs)
Roles And Responsibilities :
- To broaden the agency's network within the designated Territory
- The integration of new stream partners.
- Ensure that the Team interacts with potential POSP agents in their assigned regions.
- To increase sales, make sure the team maintains the current POS.
- Constantly training the team and inspiring them to grow the ULIP market.
- Respond quickly and satisfactorily to customer inquiries, and work with the team to ensure that the sales and operational processes are carried out without a hithch
- To broaden the agency's network within the designated Territory
- Develop and maintain a client database within the designated territory.
- Provide senior management with statistical feedback. Produce daily and monthly sales reports.
- Pay close attention to managing the sales force, the area covered, and the spread.
- Ensure that the Team receives the proper instruction for the assigned geographical area.
- Respond to customer inquiries as soon as possible and satisfactorily; work with your team to make sure the sales process goes smoothly.
- Achieving milestones, business premium, and onboarding new members are all significant.
- Manage the achievement of the BA(Business Associates) BA Will Recruit The Agent
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Market Development
- Ability to Manage Team and Targets,
- Study and work towards new products, vendors, and dealers from time to time,
- Work effectively with highly esteemed clients,
- Should have persuasion skills, target orientation,
- Should be knowledgeable about builders, and
- Should have good negotiation skills
Salary- 3.90 lac +Rimb+ Incentive
Experience: Minimum 2 years- experience of sales
Permanent position on roll; PF, bonus, gratuity, etc
