Manager - Front Line Sales - Insurance (1-2 yrs)
Core Responsibilities:
- Drive recruitment efforts and consistently achieve sales goals within the assigned region.
- Cultivate strong relationships with agents, helping them reach new milestones and achieve higher sales.
- Develop and execute impactful training programs designed to elevate agents' skills and sales performance.
- Regularly assess agent performance and modify strategies to drive improved business results.
Required Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years in sales, recruitment, or agency management.
- Must own a bike and hold a valid driving license for fieldwork.
- Local candidates with in-depth knowledge of the region are preferred.
- Open to graduates passionate about sales and recruitment.
