Manager - Front Line Sales - FMCG (2-5 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities:
- Manage, develop, train, and oversee all supervisors and staff members.
- oversee and coordinate all dining room and front line operations.
- Give staff instructions on operational and procedural matters.
- Make sure there are employees in the restaurant for every shift.
- When necessary, oversee, coach, develop, mentor, and discipline staff members.
