As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing a team of sales executives, and ensuring the achievement of business targets. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to lead, motivate, and coach a sales force while fostering an environment of growth and success.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage a team of Sales Executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market penetration and customer acquisition.

- Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.

- Build and nurture relationships with clients and key stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting tactics as necessary to meet objectives.

- Collaborate with marketing and other teams to align sales efforts with company goals.

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

- Conduct regular team meetings, motivating staff and fostering a high-performance culture.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred).

- 3+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the insurance industry.

- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of team performance and target achievement.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.

- Passion for coaching and developing talent.
