We are looking for a Front Line Sales Manager to lead a team of sales representatives, drive business growth, and implement effective sales strategies. This role focuses on managing day-to-day sales operations and ensuring targets are met through team leadership and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and supervise a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share.

- Conduct regular sales meetings, provide coaching, and track team performance.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key accounts.

- Monitor sales metrics and provide regular reports to management.

Requirements :

- 2+ years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to drive sales results and manage a team effectively.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
