Manager - Front Line Sales - BFSI (2-3 yrs)
Job Description:
- Developing growth strategies and plans.
- Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients.
- Increasing client base.
- Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients- objectives.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ Years in Sales and Marketing
- CTC: Up to 3.95 LPA + Incentive + Performance Bonus + Others Benefits
