Manager - Front Line Sales - BFSI (2-2 yrs)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Front Line Sales Manager (FLSM) to join our team in Puttur. The ideal candidate has 2 years of field sales experience. This role involves leading a team of sales professionals, driving revenue growth, and ensuring business expansion.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales executives/insurance agents.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Motivate and support the team to drive new business and customer acquisition.
- Conduct regular team meetings, sales training, and performance evaluations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and sales agents.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, performance metrics, and forecasts.
- Work closely with senior management to align business goals and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Candidate Profile:
- 2 years of field sales experience.
