Manager - Front Line Sales - BFSI (2-14 yrs)
Job Description :
- We are a rapidly expanding BFSI business committed to offering our customers first-rate financial services. We are looking for a business development manager who is results-oriented to guide our team and advance our company.
Responsibilities :
- Plan and carry out strategies to accomplish organizational goals.
- Lead, teach, and motivate a productive team.
- Examine market developments, rivalry, and changes in the law for expansion potential
- For fulfilment , cultivate and maintain important client relationships.
- To maximize profitability, manage budgets, financial planning, and cost controls.
- Create and put into action risk reduction plans while ensuring compliance.
- Find new business opportunities and revenue streams.
- Work closely with agents to create and execute effective sales and marketing strategies aligned with our business objectives.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field .
- Proven experience 2 years in a sales and marketing role within the BFSI sector.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of financial markets and regulations.
