Manager - Front Line Sales - BFSI (2-10 yrs)
Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic Frontline Sales Manager to lead, motivate, and drive a team of sales professionals in achieving insurance sales targets. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in sales, and deep knowledge of the insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a team of sales agents to meet/exceed targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Monitor performance, provide coaching, and ensure consistent growth
- Build strong client relationships and expand customer base
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Qualifications :
- Any Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- 2+ years of sales experience in core sales or marketing or business development
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals
