Manager - Front Line Sales - BFSI (1-7 yrs)
Description :
The Front Line Sales Manager plays a key role in driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives by leveraging the agency network effectively.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new agents, providing them with the necessary tools, product knowledge, and training to succeed.
- Offer continuous training to improve agents' skills and product understanding.
- Track sales performance through KPIs and ensure the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the agency channel.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with agents to assess progress, offer feedback, and develop plans for improvement where necessary.
- Regularly audit agent activities to ensure that they are in line with legal and organizational standards. Address any discrepancies or compliance issues proactively.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on agent and customer feedback.
Criteria and Skills :
- Any graduate
- 1+ year sales experience mandatory
- Fulltime job
- Strong knowledge of insurance products.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team of agents.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
