Key responsibilities :

- Develop and execute effective sales plans for promoting banking products via the agency channel.

- Assemble, train, and mentor a top-performing sales team.

- Create a working atmosphere that promotes professional development.

- Build and maintain excellent relationships with agency partners to ensure they are successful in marketing our items.

- Track sales growth and analyse trends in the markets.

- Modify strategies as required to meet and above sales targets.

- Track earnings and analyse market trends.

- Provide frequent training sessions to the sales force and agency partners to improve product recognising and sales skills.

- Communicate clearly and consistently with all stakeholders, including team members within and external partners, to ensure alignment and support.

- Recognise client requirements and offer unique solutions that fit their financial objectives.

Candidate Requirements :

- 1+ year experience any sales field

- Education : Graduate

- Age : Between 22 to 38 years

- Strong skills in sales, good communication skills.
