Manager - Front Line Sales - BFSI (1-5 yrs)
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Agency Sales Manager to become a part of our team in the Insurance sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute strategic sales initiatives to meet established targets
- Lead and inspire a team of sales agents to achieve and surpass sales objectives
- Establish and nurture robust relationships with agency partners
- Evaluate sales data and trends to uncover growth opportunities
- Work in conjunction with marketing and product teams to enhance product uptake
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in any field
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales and marketing
- Preferred age range is 22 to 38 years
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation abilities
- Results-driven with a capacity to lead a team
