About the Role :
As a Front Line Sales Manager, you will lead a team of sales executives, ensuring they meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. You will be responsible for guiding the team in the field, motivating them, and ensuring they have the tools and knowledge needed to achieve success.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and lead a team of sales executives in achieving sales targets.
- Provide on-the-job training and performance feedback to team members.
- Monitor and assess daily activities to ensure the team's productivity.
- Implement strategies to drive sales and customer acquisition.
- Report team performance and achievements to senior management.
Key Qualifications :
- 1-3 years of sales management experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage a team effectively and lead by example.
- Local candidates from Hyderabad are preferred.
Compensation :
- Salary (CTC): - 3.03 LPA to - 3.08 LPA
