Manager - Front Line Sales - BFS (2-9 yrs)
Job Purpose :
- Responsible for hiring, developing, and driving sales from Top Financial Advisors/Financial Distributors of competition thereby driving revenue for Agency Channel. The Elite Vertical is a dedicated vertical under Agency Channel, focusing on the recruitment and development of proven top-performing advisors/ financial distributors
Roles & Responsibilities :
- To recruit good quality prospective insurance advisors and ensure that they are acquiring licensing in order to achieve the sales target set by the company.
- Motivating the advisors to achieve the sales target set by the company.
- Provide on the job training and manage & monitor performance of the advisors.
- Maintain persistence for the policies procured by the team of advisors to overall achieve the profitability of the team.
- Adherence to the desired input behaviors to drive Sales and Recruitment
- Pitch Life Agency Career Opportunities through Career Seminars/Presentations/Meetings
- Understand the Top Advisor/Business Associate value proposition, onboarding process, and regulations related to the same
- Hiring and onboarding of Top Advisors and Business Associates post conducting Career seminars and Presentation and meeting the defined Recruitment plan
Desired Candidates Profile :
- Education : Any Graduates
- Experience : with good network/Minimum 2 Year in any Domain Sales with current company
- Skills: Good Communication, recruitment, driving sales, and activation
