Manager - Front Line Sales - BFS (2-4 yrs)
Roles and Responsibility :
- Lead and motivate a team of agents, providing coaching, guidance, and support to help them achieve their individual and team goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, business partners, and key stakeholders.
- Set ambitious sales targets for the agency network and monitor performance.
- Create a network with advisors to approach sales.
- Motivate the advisors to achieve the sales target set by the company
- Handling a team of on-roll managers
- Increase the client base by converting opportunities into sales.
- Develop and bring about an effective agency channel plan to achieve your goals
Candidate Profile :
- Must be Graduate.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in any field sales/Marketing/BFSI
- Age 23 to 38
- Strong on communication
- Comfortable working with digital tools
