Manager - Front Line Sales - Agency Channel - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
- We are presently looking out for candidates with Front Line Sales Manager.
Roles And Responsibilities :
- Manage daily, weekly and monthly choreography
- Conduct daily, weekly and monthly Business Associate meetings
- Income and Goal setting exercise for the month
- Joint field work along with business associates and advisors to source insurance policy
- Drive business submission and issuances
- Describe the policies of the company to our customers via cold calling
Requirements Skills :
- Strong closing skills
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Great networking abilities.
- Channel : Agency Channel
- Experience : Minimum 2 Years in sales & marketing
- Education : Graduate/ Post Graduate
- Candidate must be local of same city
