1) Enquiry Tracking on CRM - Sales Babu
- Login on to CRM- https://www.salesbabucrm.com/crm/
- Go to Enquiry
- Click on Enquiry Search Filter
- Click Show All
- Select Duration for the previous day
- Check Number of Enquiries for each CMF & HO
2) Sharing of Daily Reports
a) Share enquiry report (Refer Template)
b) Daily Report (Refer Template)
3) Call with CMF BD Guy
- Discuss on plan for the day
- Number of Franchisee Follow-up
4) Audit - Franchisee recruitment process- Weekly- Visit once a week to CMF Office for Audit Process
- Audit : task and activities 2,3,4 in Role clarity document of Franchisee recruitment for CMF's team
i. 2) Fixing appointment with lead
ii. 3) Preparation for the meeting
Monthly :
5) Share Monthly Report
a) Number of Franchisee Enquiry Generated
b) Number of Meetings attended
c) Number of Sign-ups Done
d) Ideal Enquiry to Meeting Ratio- 20%
e) Ideal Meeting to Sign-up Ratio- 20%
6) Franchisee enquires from ND (no development) region
- Make calls to enquiries form ND region
- Inform them that their name will be in our database
- We will get in touch with them once we open plans for that region
7) Check and update Leads in Emailing List
- Make calls to CMF Enquiries who are put in Emailing List without proper process- 3 follow-up calls
- Call should be done daily
- Call Process- From the date of lead generation, first call should go on the same day. If no revert, then second call should go on 3 rd day. If again no revert, then third call should go on the 5 th day.
- If all 3 calls are not attended to, then the franchise moves to emailing list
- If the above call process is not followed, then calls should be done to franchisee shifted to emailing list to cross check
