Job Specifications:
- The incumbant must be a Graduate with 5+ years experience in Franchisee Acquisition role or Outbound Calling,B2B sales and should have excellent articulation skills.
- The role holder will be responsible for generating new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth franchisee Sign up conversion process.
- He/She would be required to be able to close sales and meet targets & to build initial interest, confidence in the customer and ensure customer delight.
Salary Budget: Upto 9 LPA + Performance Bonus.
