Manager - Franchise Support - Vocational Training/Education Firm (7-10 yrs)
Opening for Franchise Support Manager with a leading Vocational Training Company
1. Scope of role : To increase the business and each centre profitability by adding in new business and increasing the business volume with the aim of revenue generation
2. Responsibilities :
- Working strongly with the new centre step team in setting up and chasing targets by conducting marketing activities ATL/BTL.
- Plan and execute business development strategies. Hand holding for new setup.
- Sales reviews with the team, as well as franchise
3. Key deliverables :
- Management of franchise operations and taking students feedback to improvise
- Handle all queries and help them understand the aspects to focus upon
- Meeting the targets of the business & placements
4. Person Profile :
He should have specific competencies such as motivating team members, lateral thinking,time management, planning, decision-making, business awareness.
Requirements :
Graduate with minimum 7+ years- experience in Business Development & marketing.
MBA preferred
Age group : between 30 - 36 years
Good communication skills required
