Roles and Responsibilities :
- Must have superb diplomatic and persuasive communication, social and interpersonal skills.
- The role of the Franchise sales manager is to make calls to the prospective franchise and generate sale for the business.
- Setting up new franchise.
- Great Presentation skills, with the ability to analyze and solve the problems.
- Must have excellent sales and incite calls skills.
- Having experience in Franchisee sales.
- Knowing multiple sales tactics will be the biggest advantage.
- Never say die attitude filled with positivity.
- Self-motivated with high on energy levels.
- Handling incite calls and cold calling.
- Franchise Revenue Generation.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from franchises.
- Support and participate in business development activities including tie-ups with Franchisee.
- Support and guide franchisee on the on-boarding process.
- Induction of franchisee as per process.
- Responsible for development and management of franchisee centers.
