Purpose of the Job:
Respond to enquired candidates; make them understand about the scope of the Industry and required skills; convince them to join us as our client.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Should act as a point of contact to our clients.
- Expected to make cold calls to the enquired candidates to know their requirement.
- Need to provide necessary inputs to make them understand the scope of the product.
- Need to do regular follow-up through email and telephone with prior appointment from the client.
- Guide the candidate through the process.
- Assist the client if there is any difficulty in the process or getting further information.
- Need to respond to the client without any delay.
- Expected to maintain the clients data in a streamlined manner and confidential.
- The day starts with the continuation of the previous day's pending task, hence recollecting the last day's work.
- Follow up calls for both Clients and Prospects should be done every day for any updates or communication.
- The Executive should develop rapport and relationship with the clients for better support.
- Executive should maintain absolute time as per client commitment.
- Executive Counselor should measure himself/herself every month by assessing the collection.
Profile Overview:
- Executive understands the working environment with minimum duration.
- He/she should know when to be polite and when to be strong over the command.
- Proper documentation should be made for all the important communications and information.
- Should be cautious while making cold calls and follow up calls, your actions should not irritate the client.
- Company details shared with the clients should be confidential.
- Positive approach with regular follow ups.
