We are looking for a Franchisee Development Manager for our Client.

Job Function: Sales/Business Development

Specialization: Channel Sales, Client Servicing, Corporate Sales, Relationship building

Designation: Manager, Franchise Development

Key Roles and responsibilities

- Onboarding of New Franchisee PAN India basis

- Generate and nurture leads through various marketing activities as cold calling, campaigning, through Social Networking sites and following up to source the business in the best way

- To participate in event and exhibition to generate leads and creating a platform to meet with prospective franchisee

- Consulting and pitching the prospective lead to take the franchise

- Designing and presenting different proposals, aligning meetings with prospective lead and providing them full support

- Explaining business model to every potential investor, giving them franchise related information, sending them the proposals, taking follow-ups and referrals for further leads

- Work on the enquiries, coordinating and follow up with leads till final closure

- Assisting Franchisee in scouting appropriate location

- Tracking data with regular reporting
