Manager - Franchise Acquisition (2-5 yrs)
Job Summary:
As a Franchise Acquisition Manager, your primary responsibility is to identify, evaluate, and secure new
franchise opportunities for the company. You will play a crucial role in expanding the company's franchise network by developing relationships with potential franchisees, conducting market research, negotiating contracts, and overseeing the on boarding process
Key Responsibilities:
Franchise Development: Identify potential franchise opportunities through market research, industry analysis, and networking.
Lead Generation: Actively seek out and engage with potential franchisees through various channels such as referrals, online platforms, and advertising campaigns. Build a strong pipeline of qualified leads for potential franchise partnerships
Targets: Acquire min 2 franchise per month with min 50k average revenue per franchise. Achieve min 1X of CTC MoM.
Relationship Building : Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective franchisees. Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations to showcase the benefits of partnering with the company.
Contract Negotiation : Negotiate and finalize franchise agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with the legal team to draft and review contracts, ensuring terms and conditions are favourable for both parties
Preferred Skills & Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in franchise acquisition, sales, B2B or B2C market
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively to meet with potential franchisees.
