Job Description :
Involved in formulating & implementing annual business plan, in order to achieve profitable volume growth & increase market share in respective product categories
Attends key account meetings, trade shows, market visits for presentation, relationship building and trend/market research.
Analyze and report category business performance on a monthly basis.
Assists work with Marketing Brand Manager to help coordinate and develop category initiative for selling and marketing tools.
Identifying new business opportunities (product & markets).Range planning, product mix decisions, category planning & mgt.
Brand promotions & product launches & managing events.
Managing the sanctioned brand budgets & executing & optimizing promotions spend for maximum deliveries & monitoring of sales budgets achievements in relations to marketing spends.
Understanding & monitoring thru research for changing consumer behavior, which influence the products market development.
Conceptualizing & implementing promotions activities, forged strategic tie-ups for bridging the gap.
Manage Events for Brand Portfolio in liaison with the respective promotional agencies.
Established Comprehensive Sales promotions, brand promotion & distribution network as well to establish new product-lines & drive sales of existing product-lines.
Devise Pricing strategy for both wholesalers & retailers. Maintain parity for both wholesale & retail format.
Keep updating about competitions to Sales team & activate necessary action for counter measures
Imparting technology updates to sales & marketing team through literatures & training program.
Supervise & Undertake Business development activities with existing product-line.
Optimum Distribution Management with checks & balances.
