Manager - Fintech Sales - HNI/NRI Vertical (3-5 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Leads through proactive prospecting, networking and secure new business opportunities.
- A robust pipeline of leads through email, networking events, and social media.
- A list of customers who fit our ideal client profile.
- New clients for our various services.
- The client's need and specific requirement. Present proposals aligned to his goals and objectives.
- A client is onboarded, continue to nurture and grow the relationship.
- Their existing portfolios and providing appropriate suggestions.
- And presenting research reports, mutual fund updates, life and health insurance services to clients.
- Rapport which will help in maintaining client loyalty and securing repeat business.
- As the primary point of contact, fostering trust, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Client concerns, gathering feedback, and identifying opportunities to upsell or expand our services.
Requirements:
Skills/Qualifications/Experience: (For Nashik, Ahmedabad & Kutch)
- Networking and lead generation skills. Ability to identify and convert potential clients.
- Communication and presentation skills to effectively put forward the various services.
- Mindset to understand client needs, conduct market analysis, and position our services strategically.
- To grow in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet ambitious targets.
- Degree in commerce, marketing, or a related field (MBA-Finance/Marketing preferred). Having a CFP or NISM XA & XB certification will be an added advantage.
