Job Description :

- Ensure that book closing is completed in accurate and timely manner with proactive work practice.

- Understand client's business needs and ensure that processes are aligned

- review of both Balance Sheet and P&L for obvious errors, omissions, or inconsistencies

- Review and sign off all reconciliations in line with reconciliation policies & procedures.

- TDS reconciliation and accounting for receivables and payables. Dealing with respective stakeholders for timely completion

- Adherence to financial controls

- Provide statutory and tax audit support; Respond in a timely manner to all requests from auditors adequate back up of all workings

- Engage with client on potential issues concerning compliance requirements

- Develop an understanding of customer accounts and information.

- Understand client's business needs and ensure that processes are aligned

- Identify areas of cost reduction by process and productivity improvements Client/Customer

- Effective utilization of resources to take on more new business. Automations / system enhancements

- Working effectively with all in a teams approach/Team handling, always available.

Age : 21 to 38 Years
