Manager - Financial Sales (2-5 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Agent Recruitment and Development:
- Source, recruit, and onboard high-potential insurance agents.
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Mentor and coach agents to optimize their performance and drive growth.
- Set and track performance metrics to measure agent productivity and effectiveness.
- Identify and address performance gaps through targeted coaching and support.
- Motivate and inspire agents to exceed sales targets and achieve career goals.
- Cultivate strong partnerships with agency principals and key decision-makers.
- Proactively address agent concerns and provide timely solutions.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive environment within the agency network.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field.
- Proven track record in insurance sales, preferably in an agency channel.
- Deep understanding of insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.
