Job Description :
- To create a solid adviser base, find and hire qualified advisors.
- Continuously provide training on goods, business procedures, and sales tactics.
- Help advisers with prospecting, lead creation, and business growth
- Make sure advisers follow necessary business procedures and standards and offer clients appropriate financial solutions based on need analyses.
- Reach the monthly business goal for bringing in new business and hiring agency advisors.
- Make sure that the team of advisors' sales are in line with all business quality measures.
- Serve as the customer's initial point of contact to confirm their concerns and get them verified by authorities.
- Perform initial due diligence to stop fraudulent or unauthorised transactions.
Candidate Requirement :
Age : 24 to 38 Years
Qualification required :
