manager - Financial Sales (2-4 yrs)
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Financial Sales Manager to lead our team of financial sales professionals!
Responsibilities :
1. Lead a team of financial sales representatives to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
2. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
3. Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key clients
4. Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to stay ahead of the competition
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service
6. Develop and manage the sales budget, forecasts, and performance metrics
Candidate requirements :
1. Any graduate
2. Any local candidate
3. Experience:- field sales & Marketing of insurance / BFSI
4. Age -21-38 years
