Job Description :
- Building and maintaining relationships with branch managers and employees to obtain leads from them.
- Participation in workplace events (setting up stalls and giving talks in corporations).
- Closing the transaction and monitoring the issuance.
- Increasing the number of bank customers who are aware of life insurance options and achieving the desired cross-selling penetration rate.
- Drive the newly established reward and recognition programmes for bank employees.
- Regular life insurance ideas training is provided for the bank's workforce.
Candidate Requirement :
Age : 24 to 38 Years
Qualification required :
- Problem solving skill
- Excellent communication skill
