Manager - Filed Sales - BFSI (2-5 yrs)
Necessary Contributors
- Support and strengthen the efforts of the sales teams to increase insurance sales and business expansion in designated areas.
- Work together with the Branch Manager to design and implement business development strategies.
- Provide advisors with instruction on Head Office-defined policies, procedures, and goods.
- Develop and maintain connections with insurance providers and manage a range of interaction tasks.
- Plan, carry out, and oversee company operations to guarantee that goals and objectives are fulfilled.
- Offer branches operational support, such as help with issuance procedures and logins.
- To draw in and hire new advisors, take part in business opportunity presentations.
- Products: Insurance, both life and non-life
