Manager - Field Sales - Solar Products (2-4 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- To advertise solar goods and services, make cold calls to prospective customers.
- Recognize client needs and offer suitable recommendations and solutions.
- Identify and create new business prospects via networking and conducting market research.
- Establish and preserve connections with prospective customers through consistent correspondence and product showcases.
- Coach and mentor young salespeople, imparting skills and knowledge to improve their sales results.
- Support a culture of excellence and ongoing development by helping to create a cooperative and upbeat team atmosphere.
- Offer continuous customer service by answering technical questions, finding quick solutions to problems, and making sure customers are satisfied.
- Get input from customers to determine where goods, services, and sales procedures need to be improved.
- Establish and maintain connections with clients to guarantee enduring business.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
