Manager - Field Sales - Pharmaceutical (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Create and implement strategies for sales in order to meet sales goals.
- Maintain and grow connections with current and future clients
- Track and evaluate sales results and client input
- Generate and provide sales reports.
- Deliver top-notch customer support via chat, email, and phone calls.
- Quickly respond to consumer questions, recognise and fix problems, and escalate concerns as needed.
- Respond professionally and empathetically to consumer complaints, offering suitable solutions to guarantee client happiness.
- Keep abreast on developments in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Create and preserve a successful sales network
- Find ways to promote additional goods and services to current clients through upselling or cross-selling.
- Help in creating and refining operations and sales processes and procedures.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
