Position : Field Sales Executive

Description :

We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Field Sales Executive for Life Insurance. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling life insurance policies to clients within assigned territories. You will have the opportunity to use your exceptional communication and sales skills to develop relationships with potential clients and convert them into loyal customers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Generate leads and cold call on potential clients to promote our life insurance products

- Conduct in-person meetings and presentations to educate clients on the benefits of life insurance and help them choose the right policy

- Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and addressing their needs and concerns

- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company

- Continuously prospect for new business and expand existing client base

- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities

- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and submit regular reports to management

- Attend trainings and workshops to improve product knowledge and sales skills

Requirements :

- 2 + experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

- Bachelor's degree
