Job Responsibilities:
1. Build and Lead a Team of Financial Advisors : Recruit and train a team of financial advisors, providing guidance and leadership to ensure their success.
2. Follow-Up on Leads : Ensure timely follow-up on leads generated, ensuring no opportunity is missed.
3. Meeting and Explaining Benefits of Product to Customers : Conduct meetings with potential customers to explain the benefits of the financial products offered by the organization.
4. Bring More Business to the Organization : Drive sales efforts to increase business revenue and achieve organizational goals.
Criteria :
1. Graduation is a Must : Candidates must possess a graduation degree.
2. Age Requirement : Candidates must be between 21 to 38 years old.
3. Minimum 2 Years of Sales Experience : Candidates should have at least two years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
4. Local Candidate : Preference will be given to candidates residing locally
